Appointments
We know that your time is invaluable, so when you schedule a dental appointment, we set aside time to invest in listening to your concerns and providing comprehensive answers. If you should need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we will have a gap in our day that another patient, someone who is waiting for treatment, may want to fill. Please give us 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules so that we can adjust our plans accordingly. If you do not give ample notice, we reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee to your account.
Emergencies
If you have a dental emergency, please call our main line. We always try to see emergency cases that day during regular business hours. For patients of record, we will return after-hours emergency calls. However, if you cannot wait on our return call, please dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room for immediate medical assistance.
