Meet Dr. Steven W. Titensor
Dr. Titensor was born and raised in southern California but has called Texas his home since coming here in 1982 to attend the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry. After his graduation from dental school, Dr. Titensor wanted to give his patients more than the accepted standard of a “drill and fill” practice. To remain in touch with the latest advances in general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Titensor has attended thousands of hours in advanced dental courses - taught by some of the top clinicians in the world. He is one of the few dentists in the country with extensive training in dental implants, mini dental implants, TMJ, Invisalign clear braces, oral sedation dentistry, and the new revolutionary DURAthin prepless veneers. The ability to create a beautiful, natural-looking smile is heavily influenced by a dentist’s talent and skill. An esthetic, functional result is ultimately achieved when a dentist has both experience and education in the field of cosmetic dentistry, TMJ, and advanced dentistry.

When Dr. Titensor is not busy creating beautiful smiles, he loves spending time with his family. He has been married more than 29 years to his wife, Lisa. They have four talented children, Ashley, Brett, Diana, and Shannon; one son in law, Chad; and 2 darling grandchildren Jace and Brenna.
Meet Dr. Noelle Wilhelmsen
We are pleased to introduce our new associate, Dr. Noelle Wilhelmsen.
Dr. Wilhelmsen is a native of Utah. She grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she enjoyed participating in sports, cheerleading and student government. Noelle then attended Brigham Young University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology. For dental school, she attended Ohio State University where she also served in student government and assisted in admissions of new students. During her senior year at Ohio State, she was honored to serve as the Student Government President and on the Alumni Board. She was chosen first in her class in the Clinical Excellence Competition, where she completed a complex cosmetic dental case in competition with 100 other members of her class.
For the past five years, she has practices full time as the supervising dentist at Mountainlands Community Health Center in Provo, Utah. During her tenure at Mountainlands, she mentored and taught many predental, hygiene and dental assisting students. She also learned to speak Spanish with some proficiency and participated in many community events, such as Give Kids a Smile, Free Day of Dentistry and public health fairs. Dr. Wilhelmsen loves to stay updated on the most current trends and treatment in dentistry by attending high quality continuing education seminars around the country. She especially enjoys oral surgery, cosmetics and implant dentistry.
While not practicing dentistry, Noelle loves spending time with her family. Her husband Corey is a new student at Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, and her one year old son, Zachary, is usually busy pulling all tissues out of the tissue box, all the cheerios out of the bag or some similar activity! Some of her favorite hobbies are traveling, snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, and watercolor painting. She is extremely excited about relocating to Dallas and looks forward to serving in the community of Flower Mound.
